Violin II

CARMINA GAGLIARDI is a professional, free-lance violinist and teacher. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance from Temple University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Subsequently, she spent seven years as a member of the Natal Philharmonic Orchestra (presently, the KwaZulu Natal Philharmonic) in Durban, South Africa. Currently, Carmina performs as a member of the Princeton Symphony Orchestra and the Riverside Symphonia, where she serves as principal 2nd violin. In addition, she has maintained an active teaching studio for over thirty years, as well as teaching in private and public schools.
