Alexander Boldachev made his US debut at Zankel Hall of Carnegie Hall in January 2020. He is heralded as an internationally recognized harpist, composer, improviser, collaborator and teacher and is one of the most sought after musicians worldwide. He has expanded the world of harp literature and crossed many borders that had been considered beyond the technical possibilities of the instrument. He has received awards from over 10 international competitions and was awarded a Prize for Culture from the European Cultural Foundation, Pro Europa.
