Yoga in the Garden
Enjoy a morning of movement, music, and serenity in these guided, outdoor sessions in the picturesque setting of Morven Museum & Garden's grand front lawn.
Skilled instructors outfitted by event sponsor lululemon will lead participants through a series of poses at each free session, accompanied by restorative live music.
Sign up for one or both sessions; each is about an hour. Bring a mat, and come dressed and ready to move to beautiful music played by cellist Georgia Bourderionnet. On June 11, enjoy free, limited beverage samples plus free coffee & cookie cards to use at the store from Maman Princeton.

Naime Jezzeny – June 11
Naime Jezzeny (pronounced Na-eem) is an internationally-renowned yoga teacher, certified 500 ERYT, whose extensive background includes formal studies in exercise physiology and kinesiology at the University of Southern California. His years of study allow him to take the therapeutic qualities of yoga to another level. He also holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal fitness training (CPT), Corrective Exercise (CES), Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS), and Sports Performance Training (SPT). Naime has helped rehabilitate a wide variety of professionals including Olympic gold medalists, golfers, actors, dancers, and business leaders.
Naime has also spent over a decade studying with his philosophy teacher, Dr. Douglas Brooks, one of the world's foremost scholars of Hindu Tantrism and the esoteric traditions of the Goddess. Regarded as a teacher's teacher and a master of therapeutics, he teaches workshops and trainings worldwide and at his yoga studio, DIG Yoga, in Frenchtown, New Jersey. www.digyoga.com.
Doug Donaldson – June 18
After years of coaching sports and trying to get the most out of student athletes, Doug figured it was time to attempt the same thing with people his own age. He embraced yoga as a complement to his own sports activities and has now been teaching Power Vinyasa classes for over 10 years. Doug has taught yoga and done retreats in the New Jersey, Bermuda, Costa Rica, and Baja, Mexico.
Doug’s breath-based power flow classes are creative and judgement-free with an emphasis on awareness and focus. A key for participants is to leave with a stronger sense of community and service.
Georgia Bourderionnet, cello – June 11 & 18
French-American cellist Georgia Bourderionnet has performed across the U.S. and France as well as in Germany, Canada, and South Korea, in spaces including Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Hall, Busan Cultural Center, and Köthen Castle, the workplace of J.S. Bach. Recent highlights include solo appearances at the DiMenna Center with Tribeca New Music festival and playing for the 50-year celebration of BVLGARI’s expansion into the U.S. She holds performance degrees from Manhattan School of Music and Eastman School of Music.
