Seat Assignments

Patrons must sit in the seat they paid for. Patrons cannot move themselves to another seat before the start of a performance or after intermission, even if that seat appears to be unoccupied.

Patrons who wish to change their seats after they have arrived in the performance hall can speak with the PSO's Manager of Patron Services, who will be present at the venue's Box Office.

Patrons who take a seat they did not pay for or who harass staff or fellow concertgoers regarding unoccupied seats may be asked to leave the performance space and will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
