Exploring Così fan tutte

with Dr. Timothy Urban
Free and open to the public.

In advance of the performance, Dr. Timothy Urban will guide listeners through the plot points, ins and outs, and musical highlights of Mozart's Così fan tutte.

Mozart’s comic opera Così fan tutte is a music-lover’s treasure chest, filled with some of the composer’s most engaging music and acrobatic arias. The opera’s plot features plenty of twists, turns, and dual identities, while examining differences between men and women. This presentation looks at some of the opera’s highlights, focusing on Mozart’s comedic and musical genius.
