A Midsummer Night’s Dream
American Repertory Ballet proudly presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a new ballet conceived and choreographed by Artistic Director Ethan Stiefel. Set to Felix Mendelssohn’s iconic score, with additional music by Erich Wolfgang Korngold, this enchanting production will transport audiences to a fantastical forest filled with fairies, elves, mischief and romance, joy and love.
The full-length ballet will be played live by the Princeton Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Kenneth Bean.
“The story of A Midsummer Night’s Dream is such a treat to watch or perform, and I’m thrilled to portray Oberon for the first time in such a brilliant new version created by the one and only Ethan Stiefel.”
– Gillian Murphy
