Silver Medalist at the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition and winner of the 73rd Geneva International Music Competition, Dmitry Shishkin marks his debut performance with the PSO playing Rachmaninoff's dynamic Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. The orchestra takes its turn in the spotlight with two very different concertos by Joan Tower and Béla Bartók.
