What are your box office hours? If you have any questions or would like to purchase a ticket over the phone, you can reach our Box Office at (609) 497-0020 during these times:

• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST
  • July- August, the Box Office closes on Fridays at 1 pm EST
• Performance Days - Classical Concerts:
  • Saturday, 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm EST
  • Sunday, 11 am - 1 pm EST
• Performance Day - Holiday POPS!:
  • Saturday, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm EST
• June Princeton Festival Box Office Hours:
  • Monday - Saturday, 1 pm - 6 pm EST
  • Sunday, 10 am - 3 pm EST

The Box Office will be closed for the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Memorial Day.

Can I purchase tickets online? Yes! You can purchase tickets online 24/7 through our website EVENT CALENDAR. You may also receive savings by selecting one of a ticket package HERE.

Can I purchase tickets at the venue? Yes! As long as a performance is not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the venue’s 
box office. The Box Office opens depending on the venue.

Are there any additional fees with my ticket order? No, there are no additional fees or charges when ordering tickets.


When do ticket packages and single tickets go on sale?

• Classical Series
  • Full Season Subscriptions and Ticket Packages go on sale mid-February
  • Single tickets go on sale mid-July
• Holiday POPS!
  • Single tickets go on sale mid-July.
  • Early access Holiday POPS! tickets are available for purchase with Full Season Subscriptions or Pick 3+ Ticket Packages.
• The Princeton Festival
  • Tickets go on sale mid-to-late February
• Chamber Series at Trinity
  • Tickets go on sale in the early fall
• Chamber Series at IAS
  • Tickets go on sale approximately two weeks before the concert date. Full Season Subscribers and Ticket Package Holders are eligible for early access sale of these performances.

I made a mistake in my ticket order. Would it be possible to issue a refund so I can repurchase my tickets correctly?
While we realize that mistakes can happen, all sales are final and there are no refunds. Purchasing mistakes such as forgetting to apply a discount code, incorrect quantity and/or price levels, and more are not applicable for a refund and repurchase.

Ticket Exchanges can be made for errors such as the wrong performance date or the wrong seat selection, but the exchange must be in the same price level as the original purchase.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review your order before finalizing your order to ensure that everything is correct.
