When should I arrive?

• We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes to the performance’s start time.
• The Box Office opens 90 minutes before the performance’s start time.
• The performance space opens 45 minutes before the performance’s start time.
• Early access into the building is not available.

What is the average runtime of a performance? Is there an intermission?
Concerts run 70-90 minutes and may include a brief pause or an intermission.

Are these performances appropriate for children?
These performances are recommended for children 5-years-old and up.

Note: Youth (ages 17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be a ticket holder. If a youth ticket is purchased without an adult ticket, you will be contacted by a member of our Box Office team.

Where is the Box Office & Will Call desk located?
The Box Office & Will Call desk is located in the foyer at the base of the Sanctuary.

Where is the Accessibility Services desk located? 
The Accessibility Services desk can be found adjacent to the Marketing Table in the foyer at the base of the Sanctuary.

Where are the restrooms located?
All restrooms can be accessed through the church’s office entrance. 

• Single-use Accessible Restroom – Enter the church’s office entrance, bear left down the corridor, and then take the first left
• The Women’s Multi-stall Restroom – Enter the church’s office entrance, go straight down the hallway, and turn left. If you reach Pierce-Bishop Hall, you went too far.  
• The Men’s Multi-stall Restroom - Enter the church’s office entrance and either take the stairs (to your left) or the elevator (straight and to your left).

Note: there are no restrooms in the foyer at the base of the Sanctuary.


Can I bring outside food and drink into the performance space?
No, food and beverages are not allowed in the performance space.
 

Are there refreshment services?
No, there are no refreshment services at this venue.

Is there a coat check for personal items?
No, there is no coat check at this venue.

What if I am late for a performance?
If you arrive after the concert has begun, the house managers or ushers will seat you at an appropriate point in the program, so as not to disrupt the performance and other concertgoers. Depending on when you arrive, we cannot guarantee you will be able to go to your ticketed seats. It will be at the house manager’s discretion where they seat you.
