Parking & Drop Off

The following FAQs on this topic relate to concerts at Richardson Auditorium and Trinity Church. For the Princeton Festival, please refer to that FAQs category.

Where do you recommend parking?

  • Richardson Auditorium
    • We recommend utilizing one of the parking garages located in downtown Princeton that will allow for ease of parking within close proximity (average 5 to 10 minutes) to Richardson Auditorium:
    • All-day, on-street metered parking is available on Nassau Street, University Place, and Mercer Street.
  • Trinity Church
    • Trinity Church's parking lot is open to patrons.
    • All-day, on-street metered parking is available on Mercer Street, University Street, and Nassau Street.
    • Downtown Parking Garages: Chambers Street, Hulfish Street, and Spring Street.

Is there Accessible Parking? Per Richardson Auditorium’s website: “Accessible parking is available to patrons with wheelchair symbol license plates or disability placards on the north side of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons may also drive onto campus to drop off guests with accessible needs. Patrons can enter campus via the south guard booth on Faculty Road, then proceed up Elm Drive to the north side of Alexander Hall.”

If you require or have any questions about accessible parking at Trinity Church, please contact our Box Office at 609-497-0020 or email [email protected].

Can I drop off members of my party at venues before proceeding to parking?

  • Richardson Auditorium
    • Per their policy, Richardson will only allow patrons drop-off access if they have wheelchair symbol license plates or disability placards displayed in their car.
  • Trinity Church
    • After entering the main parking lot, you can drive up next to the steps leading to the doors of Trinity Church’s main foyer for your party to exit your vehicle.
    • Accessible Entrance – use Trinity’s U-shaped driveway to drop off your party members so they can enter the church through the church office’s ramped accessible entrance.

Are there any additional parking options for Richardson Auditorium concerts? Yes! A Park & Ride Shuttle Service is available for our Sunday Classical Series concerts and Holiday POPS!
