Returning Tickets

I can no longer attend a performance. What can I do with my tickets? If you are unable to attend a performance, you can request a:

  • Ticket Turnback - Turnback your tickets to the PSO and turn their value into a tax-deductible donation.
     
  • Ticket Exchange - Exchange your tickets for a different performance that is currently on sale. Ticket Exchanges are subject to availability, and there may be an additional cost based on ticket prices.
     
  • Account Credit - Turn the value of your tickets into a credit that can be used at a future date. Account Credits can only be applied to performance presented solely by the Princeton Symphony Orchestra, including the Princeton Festival.  When you are ready to use your Account Credits, call our Box Office at 609-497-0020, notify the associate that you have a credit so they can apply it to your order.
     
    • Tickets purchased as part of a Subscription or Ticket Package are ineligible for an Account Credit or Refund.

**Ticket Exchanges and Account Credits must be made no later than 2 hours before the performance’s start time. Any requests made less than 2 hours before the performance’s start time will be ineligible for a Ticket Exchange or Account Credit.**
