Lost Tickets

I lost my tickets! What do I do?
No worries! Locating lost tickets is an easily resolved issue. To recover your lost tickets, email the Box Office at [email protected] or call us at 609-497-0020 during regular business hours or weekend performance hours:

• Classical Concerts:
  • Saturday, 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm EST
  • Sunday, 11 am - 1 pm EST
• Holiday POPS!:
  • Saturday, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm EST
• June Princeton Festival:
  • Monday - Saturday, 1 pm - 6 pm EST
  • Sunday, 10 am - 3 pm EST

Additionally, if you selected “email” when purchasing your tickets, the PSO includes your mobile tickets in the pre-concert email you receive on the day of the performance. It will be sent to the email address provided in your ticket order. NOTE: This is only if you select “Email” as your delivery method. If you select “Will Call” as your delivery method mobile tickets will not appear in your pre-concert email.
